Just wondering if anyone else is irritated by the employees of the Mavs coming up into the stands with their large signs while the game is going on. We have tickets in one of the upper sections and usually at least once during each game, the employees come up to lead cheers and throw T-Shirts while play is going on. Sometimes they also bring the large signs and hold them up so that the view of the game is completely blocked. It is very aggravating to us - during hockey, they won't even let people enter while play is going on but during basketball the employees themselves block your view. I contacted my Mavs Account Executive about this a few weeks ago and I know he referred to the marketing department, but apparently, they don't care. Any other ideas?

Yeah just walk up right next to em and yell MOVE!!! lol jk i'd be nice about it first. if you can get that close to them idk exactly where you're talkin about. Who would you write a letter to about that? hmm well if you can figure out who to write to just keep sending them letters until they do something about it. I know one thing having your Account Executive do it isnt going to cut it your going to have to do it yourself. Get a bunch of other people who have the same problem and just keep calling and sending letters until they get annoyed and say ok time to stop. Other than that idk what else. I don't blame you for being upset though.
Hi Mary, There are those here who can speak on the behalf of the marketing department while I can not. But, I have been to enough games in my life to know that the no entrance during play policy is done strictly for the fans. It''s a AAC thing and not a Maverick thing. As far as holding up the signs go. All of the sports organizations pay alot of attention to the upper levels mainly due to the fact that it's difficult to see things on the court from that height. So, It's not that they don't care. They do care very much so. You should be proud of what you have instead of complaining. Others sit in front of objects
that partially block their view the entire game while you may have someone for just a few minutes. If you are un-happy with the seats you purchased you may need to move your seats. I'm sure your account rep would assist you with that.
