Dear Mister NBA Powers-That-Be,

Can you please invite Mavericks player Gerald Green to be in the NBA Slam Dunk contest next year in Dallas?

Pretty Please. Pretty please, cherry-on-top?

Top Five reasons you should invite him:

1. He plays in Dallas. You can save on airfare for one of the contestants.
2. He has two extra bedrooms at his place for other contestants who may need a place to sleep free of charge.
3. He can jump out of the stratosphere (please see picture above which was taken after shootaround this morning. I cannot be certain but I don't even think he was warmed up yet?!)
4. He can jump out of the stratosphere.
5. Last but not least...he can jump out of the stratosphere.
