Since Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals...
Well, I was very excited to see the Mavericks break through the second round. Given how we were playing, I thought we would have a chance against Denver. The first two games we played tough! Real tough. However, I don't think I'll ever be over Game 3 and the Carmelo shot! That hurts even 4+ months later! Damn, I wrote some bad words on my Twitter page over that game! Well, if there is any consolation, I won the NBA Championship on NBA 2K9 with the Mavs! Dirk ended up being regular season and NBA Finals MVP. What a dream! Fast forward to now, I haven't been on my page as much. Living in Florida is no good since I'm hardly ever around Dallas Mavericks fans. I've met one in the last 18 months! So, I'm looking forward to the 2009-2010 season! Tim Thomas, Matrix, Q-Ross, I like this so far. I was devastated we could not get Gortat and retain Brandon Bass (whom I thought played HUGE in the San Antonio series). More to come...

OK, admit it "LIFE IS GOOD." Sure, I will be squat on yak.. Can you imagine being a huge fan and 2000 miles away. Makes it special when the team I enjoy watching comes to town. Then the HOME State allowes thye team to move. With out a VOTE!! I became depressed. While waiting foe the MAVS to appear the home team would play other teams.. I took a liking to the home team also.
NOW, I am in Arizona. 1000 miles away from the team I enjoy watching. I almost made the 13.5 hour drive. but, when I realized I would only have 3 hours to spare with no sleep. I decided not to attend the FAN JAM.. I might have been allowed to touch fingers with ther like of Mr. JET, Mr. DIRK, MR JOSH, Mr. Kidd, and others... But, 1000 miles there 1000 miles back then a dental appointment 300 miles the other direction.. I may need to wait untill the Mavs are in LA with the LAKERS... I will make it to DALLAS..
OK summerize what I said: I want to be at a DALLAS MAVERICKS game in DALLAS at least once... Soon it will happen!!
